We specialise in holiday property letting in the beautiful towns of 1770 and Agnes Water, Queensland, Australia. We hope that our guests fall in love with the area the way we did, and will always want to return.

Property info

Situated within the natural surrounds of the dunes, Loka Santi complex provides all the comforts of home with the added touch of luxury. The complex is situated in a quiet street and no roads to cross on the way to the beach. All apartments are fully self contained, unique in design and décor, offering air conditioning, private laundry with washer & dryer, free to air TV in all apartments, heated pool in winter, free underground parking and onsite management. All apartments enjoy their own private balcony with outdoor dining table and chairs, there is also a gas BBQ. A comfortable 100 metre stroll through a flat sand trail leads you directly onto five kilometres of pristine surf beach.

Neighborhood info

The area is surrounded by National Parks, pristine waterways and long stretches of unspoiled beaches which front onto the Coral Sea. Along the headlands of Seventeen Seventy visitors are offered amazing panoramic views across Bustard Bay, the estuary & creeks. We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queensland’s northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities. Along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding. It is a short drive to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water.
