Family/group can enjoy staying together in one apartment during your trip conveniently and cost effectively. 4k 50" Smart TV with streaming services (Netflix, Netflix Kids, Youtube, Disney +, Prime, Apple TV) and printers connected wifi are also available. The apartment has everything already set up benefiting guests effortlessly with upcoming family/business/study trips. Opposite the apartment complex is an entertainment place called "Zone Bowling & Timezone Clayton - Ten Pin Bowling, Arcade Games, Laser Tag" with Nando's restaurant next door. We expect guests to fully respect the apartment space and rules as well as the common space of the apartment complex. No party is allowed. You will be escorted by police and the damage payment will be required. Please be nice and respectful guests, we have invested so much to curate a ready staycation place for you. Being decent guests is the only requirement you need to adhere to. Kindly send a message or question that you would like to know more about the place.

The apartment is designed to be suitable for people who require special needs. Guests who have an electric car can charge their car right at the M-city shopping centre complex. Everything within footsteps from food, entertainment, fitness, pharmacy, and beauty... located conveniently at G&Level 1. The elevator goes to the apartment floor, with no steps, only ramps, suitable for families has small children/elderly. Fully accessible throughout. The apartment is located at a secure location and elegantly furnished twin King ensuite rooms (king size beds 200cmx220cm) & sofa Double bed with a private view and free parking, amenities, and high-speed wifi (100MPS).
M-city apartment complex & shopping center located in Clayton suburb (3168) in South East of Melbourne, Australia. From the M-city apartment, you can go to the city in 30mins by the M1 freeway or 45mins by Princess Highway. Being one of the busiest suburbs in the South East with Monash University and hospitals located nearby. Golfing and other sports tournaments often happen in surrounding suburbs. M-city is the only apartment complex in South East suburbs of Melbourne that has 2 levels of commercial downstairs including pharmacies, GP, Woolworths, K-mart, groceries, Food and Beverages retail shops (bakery, restaurants, bubble teas...); Entertainments include Village cinema, arcade, bar .v.v The apartment complex also has a swimming pool, tennis court, common playground and BBQ area. You could use these upon required. The business building and Park Royal Hotel building are next to the apartment complex which were all built at the same time by same building company.
