1770 Beach Accommodation is a family owned and operated business run by Richard and Jo, who took the plunge and took this business over in December 2023, after falling in love with the area on various holidays to the beautiful Agnes Water & 1770. We specialise in holiday property letting and are a buyer's advocate for Agnes Water & 1770. We hope that our guests fall in love with the area the way we did, and will always want to return.

Property information

Malie is a beautiful, modern, architecturally designed studio, thoughtfully set up and decorated to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable. The studio is detached from the main house and both properties are linked via an outdoor patio pergola area. Guests are assured of total privacy during their stay as the main house is not used while studio guests are in house. The lovely tropical outdoor pergola area is also available to guests in the studio. There is room for a small boat in the driveway. Once unpacked, we invite guests to head out and explore everything our unique area has to offer. The beautiful Agnes Water beachfront is only a couple of minutes stroll away. Situated in a small cul de sac, where guests can walk to the local cafes, boutiques & main beach.

Neighbourhood information

Malie is centrally located in Agnes Water, a short stroll to the pristine five kilometre Agnes Water Main Beach, Queensland's northernmost surf beach. Agnes Water and the neighbouring town of 1770 are surrounded by National Parks, pristine waterways and long stretches of unspoiled beaches which front onto the Coral Sea. Along the headlands of 1770, visitors are offered amazing panoramic views across Bustard Bay, the estuary & creeks. We enjoy an excellent year-round climate, along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding. It is a short drive to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping village.
