You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Home looks & feels brand new, having been fully renovated and modernised. A perfect North-East aspect & all 1 level. Huge sliding doors create a seamless indoor/outdoor flow and welcomes the expansive open plan. 4 bedrooms, and a pool! The kitchen has been thoughtfully designed with high quality appliances and a fantastic butlers pantry. 8 minute stroll walk to beach **NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.** NOTE: For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction. Beginning on the 9th of January, 2023, all confirmed reservations will be subject to an extra cleaning surcharge which will be equal to 30% of the cleaning price if you check out on a Sunday or 50% of the cleaning price if you check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week. "Booking tax notice: Starting August 16, 2023, A 30AUD booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation" - Starting 16th February 2024, All group stays will require an external 5000AUD bond LISTING DISCLOSURE ~~~~~~~ By confirming your reservation, you are acknowledging that you have carefully reviewed the listing and these house rules.
