This studio-style accommodation was purpose built at the front of our house with the comfort and ease of our guests in mind. During your stay the front entrance, your accommodation, the guest deck and the pet courtyard are for your private use. Your main living area has a comfy, Queen-sized bed, leather couch, dining room table and chairs plus a large, smart TV (with Netflix). The ensuite has a huge soaking tub (our guests love it!) and there is a large shower and double vanity. The kitchenette is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, your selection of tea, coffee, milks, plus condiments, cutlery, flatware and glasses. There is a BBQ on the deck and comfy outdoor chairs and table - a great place to enjoy your morning cuppa or have a glass of wine and watch the world go by. We're on site to answer any questions or if need anything but our guests can have as little or as much contact as they like with our keylock access system and private facilitities.
Welcome to our guest accommodation! We both love to travel (around Australia and overseas). During our travels we learned what we do and don't enjoy about the many places we've stayed in, so we built our guest accommodation with all the comforts we would like to have during a stay (including Netflix and popcorn for movie night and, for pet lovers, being able to have your fur friend/s stay inside with you).
We love the Bellarine! This is a peaceful, beachside neighbourhood where you can take a short stroll by Griggs Creek down to our bay beach. A short drive also takes you to one of many pretty villages on the peninsula, to ocean beaches, golf courses, local markets, walking and bike trails including the Bellarine Rail Trail, historic sites and art galleries. The Bellarine is also a foodie and wine heaven for you to enjoy local produce from over 50 food and wine destinations. Feel like a little more action? Take a ride on a ferry, visit nearby Adventure Park and Geelong is just a short drive away with shopping, cinemas, the Esplanade and Eastern Beach, the National Wool Museum and the newly renovated Geelong Arts Centre.
