This exceptionally built home possesses elegant style coupled with a superior finish. As you enter you will find the sunken second living/media room, a powder room and Master suite with built-in gas fireplace, wall mounted television, large walk-in robe and a spacious ensuite. Through to the main living area, there is a large open-plan living space with gas fireplace, mounted television, remote control blinds, 4m high ceilings and frameless sliding doors to the entertaining area. The open plan kitchen is an entertainers dream, incorporating an induction cooktop, two separate wall mounted ovens, dishwasher & butlers pantry. At the rear of the home there are three bedrooms. The second and third bedroom share a large main bathroom with a separate powder room. The fourth bedroom (second master) has a walk-in robe and ensuite. The covered outside entertaining area offers an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and enclosed yard and firepit area. The home is kept comfortable with central heating and cooling, hydronic underfloor heating throughout & ceiling fans. The large four-bay garage has drying cupboards and enough room for a boat and mountain bikes.
