A tropical Whitsundays view awaits you from the balcony of the spacious deck which overlooks Coral Sea Marina. Enjoy the morning sunrise whilst enjoying breakfast and watching the sailboats head out to the beautiful Whitsunday Islands. Located only 350 metres from the heart of Airlie Beach and main street which is home to a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants. You are also central to both main marinas and transit centres. This home is conveniently positioned with all major tour groups and airport transfers providing services direct to your front door. And if you have your own boat to go touring around the islands, there is space for that too. For the chef, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, but if you fancy a night off form cooking why not take a stroll down to Airlie or even visit Sorento's Italian Restaurant at Coral Sea Marina, just a few minute's walk away. There is also a Gas BBQ at the house... the options are endless. With two bedrooms upstairs and a further two downstairs, there is plenty of room and plenty of privacy. A bathroom on each level for your convenience also. The house is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout for your comfort during the warmer months. Cool off by taking a plunge in your very own private pool, with a shade sail to keep the kids out of the sun. Choose a novel, pour yourself a wine and melt into one of the loungers as you breathe in the salty air and let your worries drift away with the sunset... Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).
