"Elsley" is an original 1950's two bedroom beach house recently renovated to provide modern comforts matched with mid-century styling. Only a stones throw from Moffat and Shelley Beaches where you can enjoy local cafes, Tooway Lake, parks, beach and headland walks and classic point break surf.

Our little family enjoy traveling and we value the Airbnb experience as we have found it a great way to connect with local people, stay in local communities and experience more than just the guidebook recommendations. We have 2 young children and have returned to the coast after working in Africa and the Pacific over the past 10 years. We aim to make your stay enjoyable. We are third generation locals. We also live in Moffat Beach and will be happy to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We are available to assist with your needs.

Moffat Beach is a popular and friendly beachside escape that offers a great family getaway or couples retreat. Relax at one of the local cafes, or picnic in the open beachside parks whilst letting the children explore the playground. Take a walk on the beach, which is also dog friendly. Explore a little further to either Dicky Beach (patrolled for swimming) or over the headland to the private and pristine Shelley Beach. Take the kids for a swim in the lake and go surfing at the famous Moffat Headland point break. There is so much to do and explore with beach paths skirting the coastline all the way north to Kawana and south to Kings Beach, Happy Valley and the estuary waters of Bullcock Beach to Golden Beach. Take a drive and explore the hinterland villages of Maleny, Montville and Kenilworth passing the iconic Glasshouse Mountains on your way. The best way to get around to most of our local spots is to walk or use one of our complimentary bicycles! Moffat Beach offers a variety of bike paths, jogging tracks, and public transportation options. There is a bus stop 50m down the hill from "Elsley".
