They have been living in the Byron Bay region all their lives and their honest nature, hard work, and trust built with clients and owners over the years has enabled them to grow the business to what it is today. As we focus solely on Holiday Rentals, we understand how important holidays and getaways are to our clients and that finding the right property for that experience essential. We also understand that when arriving at a property it is important that it lives up to expectations. Our professional, personalised service doesn't stop at booking our guests into a property. We maintain a very high level of presentation across our portfolio of properties so you have confidence when booking with us knowing that the house will be clean and tidy on arrival and that you will be comfortable during your stay.

Property info

Su Casa is a vibrant and spacious 2 bedroom cottage located within a short walk to Byron Bay’s beautiful beaches, unique shopping precinct and its many delectable cafes and restaurants. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, with the main bedroom also featuring an ensuite, while the second bedroom has easy access to the main bathroom and toilet. The cosy lounge room can be closed off with sliding glass and timber panelled doors. The lounge features a large flat-screen tv, comfortable couches and reverse cycle air conditioning. The kitchen, with all the mod cons, overlooks the dining room which has been wallpapered in a quirky geometric design for a funky effect. The kitchen dining and lounge rooms all look out to the tropical garden and lawn which surrounds the house. An outdoor setting - complete with BBQ - is also situated in the garden to maximise the glorious Byron Bay weather. This property is pet-friendly, however, it is not fully fenced. Please advise us at the time of booking if you intend on bringing a pet with you. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
