Fun Loving Mummy of two kids and a fur baby. We all love the outdoors. Where there is beach and surf there is pure happiness. The sound of the water calms the soul. Nature walks are the best medicine to enjoy life.. i am only a phonecall away

This fabulously furnished and decorated, 4 bedroom, modern coastal home evokes a sense of relaxation the minute you enter the home in Shoal Bay and it doesn't get much better than this! Listen to the waves crashing. Watch the sunset on your balcony. Ducted Air Con throughout. Warm up by the indoor fireplace in winter while the kids play pool or have a go at the darts with them. 3 bedrooms upstairs. Main Bathroom with separate bath and shower with a completely separate toilet. 4th bedroom downstairs in the Rumpus Room with double bed. 2 x extra king beds set up for an additional fee. Must enquire. Bathroom and Laundry Downstairs. In the Rumpus Room Large Pool Table and Darty Board. Hours of Fun. Fans Downstairs. Upstairs Ducted Air con throughout. Extra Air con box in the Open Plan Living and Dining Room. Large Smart TV both up and downstairs with Foxtel. TV's must watch the same channel. Fast Internet. Sunny Deck over looking Shoal Bay toward the Bay. Magnificent Sunset. Indoor and Outdoor Dining Table for 6. L Shape Lounge both inside and outside. Perfect for 2 families. Could fit 3 families. Wreck Beach is less than 5 mins away. Listen to the waves crashing from your doorstep. Watch the sunset on your balcony. Perfect family house. Warm up by the indoor fireplace downstairs in winter while the kids play pool or have a go at the darts. Outside fun for the kids, there is an in ground trampoline, sand pit & cubby house. Easy location to walk everywhere.

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood of Shoal Bay has a postcard perfect beach with soft white sand, turquoise waters, with a lighthouse at one end and the famous Mount Tomaree. This heavenly hamlet is just 5 minutes from Nelson Bay CBD and handy to many clubs, pubs, restaurants, cafes and tourist attractions. Take the 40 minute walk to Tomaree Summit for unforgettable views of the coastline and visit the WWII gun emplacements on the way, or take the coastal walk from Zenith Beach via Wreck and Box Beach to Fingal Bay. Shoal Bay has a coastal village atmosphere with a range of beachside dining, shopping and accommodation options, including resorts and apartments to cabins and safari tents. Hire bikes, kayaks and standup paddle boards or take a guided tour. After a day of adventure or just lazing on the beach, call in for a cooling drink at the famous Shoal Bay Country Club an institution for holiday makers built in the 1950s. An easy walk to the northern end of the beach brings you to a road which accesses a lighthouse, marine museum and tea rooms for the best scones in the region.
