The house has spectacular views over the golf course and Pacific Ocean, and the sandy beach is only a 10 minute stroll away. Situated on the beautiful Sapphire Coast region of Far South Coast of NSW Australia, this house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Only minutes to picturesque towns such as Merimbula, Pambula and Tathra. National Parks, lakes and beaches within walking distance. Tura Beach Shopping Centre is a 1.8 km drive or 20 minute walk away and includes a large Woolworths supermarket, bakery, chemist, library, petrol station, take-aways and eat-in cafes. Merimbula town centre is only a 6 km drive away with many award-winning cafes and restaurants, RSL and bowling clubs, Woolworths supermarket, cinema, boutiques, bookshops and specialty stores. Boat or SUP hire are available from Top Lake, Merimbula Marina and Mitchies Jetty, and fishing and whale/dolphin watching cruises are popular in season. Merimbula beaches are patrolled in the summer. It’s just a 10 minute stroll from the house down to the beach. Head north towards the Tura Headland or south towards Short Point. Whales are often spotted off Tura Beach, especially in the southern migration season, so keep some binoculars handy. The Mundooi Walking Track takes you 1.8km from Tura Beach Lions Park on Tura Beach Drive to Short Point in Merimbula. The grade is easy but it’s an uneven cleared bush track with soft sand.
