I've developed Vale 194 for guests to stay in a beautiful home with stunning stonework, architectural panelling, and polished concrete floors downstairs. With spotted gum timber upstairs and on the treads of a floating staircase. The stairwell is light filled with two skylights. My wife Jodie grew up in McLaren Vale, attending the local primary school, and her grandmother's brothers are on the war memorial honour roll. So her connection to the Vale goes way back.

The Shiraz walking trail entrance is only a few doors away. Five newly built boutique homes are found in the Vale 194 group.
