Great location - it was close to the beach and 2o minutes' walk to Cavill St. The apartment was immaculately clean and very spacious. Our apartment was ocean view which was a fantastic view day and night. It provides a secure parking. The manager Lilian was very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out process. Highly recommended and we'll definitely go back there again and again.

Very good apartment for couples. Clean, helpful staff, and very good facilities including a washing machine and dryer. Tea towel. washing up liquid and washing powder for the washing machine also provided. Large ensuite. Balcony with table and chairs for outside meals with a view to the beach. Good position -3-4 minutes walk to the beach. Good under cover security parking provided for our car.

Great location if you don't mind a nice walk along the esplanade to the main shopping district. Massive 2 bedroom apartment with modern facilities and 2 bathrooms. Huge living area, would have been very comfortable staying here as a family of 4 for a week or more.

The 1-bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean, with air conditioning and multiple sockets. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The bathroom had 2 different access doors. Nice TV and sofa in living room. The kitchen had everything you could ask for: cutlery, dishes, glasses, oven, stove, microwave, counter. There was a terrace outside where you could hang out as well. The building included a swimming pool, tennis court, complimentary indoor car park, lift, and rubbish disposal chute and recycling. The receptionist was very lovely and professional, she always greeted us with a warm smile and kindly answered our questions. The property gave useful instructions ahead of time regarding key pick up/drop off. The check-in process was the quickest I've ever experienced, I was given an early check-in at no extra cost. And the location was fantastic: a short walking distance from Surfers Paradise and only 1 block away from the ocean, yet it was quiet and peaceful.

It was great to be able to get a self-contained unit within walking distance of shops at Surfers Paradise. We had a big storm during the evening and Lauren allowed our son to park his car undercover when he came for dinner. The unit was tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The crockery and cutlery were very clean. Dish washing detergent and washing powder was supplied.

There were multiple things that we enjoyed about our stay here. 1. The staff - the receptionist Lauren was so warm and welcoming! We arrived 6 hours before check in, she stored our bags while we checked out the local cafe. All the staff were so kind and very accomodating. 2. Apartment - it exceeded expectations! We booked this last minute for a festival and weren't expecting much because the price was 'too good to be true'. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for 5 adults. It really felt like home. 3. Location - it was metres away from the beach which was amazing! It's not in the heart of Surfers so it isn't crowded, but you are close enough where you can walk or scooter in. 4. Price - we were expecting to pay an arm and a leg because of the location and it was school holidays but it was very affordable.

Great facilities… Perfect for a small family entertaining or just chilling on the balcony by yourself. Heated pool and spa, excellent BBQ area. Best off all… The beach is a very short walk across the street.
