The apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and the furnishings are also new (including the kitchen and plumbing). The apartment is a 2 room apartment. There are no assigned parking spaces in the yard. Everyone can use any parking space. There is air conditioning in the living room and in the hall.

The property is located in the center of the city. Everything is within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity are two supermarkets, a small self-service shop and a slightly larger shopping center. There are also cafes, fast food shops, pharmacies and small shops right on the doorstep. Mostar is very versatile and there are wonderful excursion destinations for all generations. The heart of the city is the "Stari Most", which is about 1.6 km from the apartment. In summer you can watch the brave bridge jumpers at an outdoor concert. Visits to churches and mosques are also popular. Since Mostar is a student city, there is always something going on and accordingly the nightlife is very pronounced. Further trips to the holy place Medugorje, Buna, Blagaj, Kravice waterfalls and the like are possible and worthwhile.
