Property information

Spacious contemporary urban studio in a quiet green neighborhood at the fringe of the city center. Restaurants, art galleries, bars, cafes, clubs, shops + other hot spots within walking distance. Close to metro/bus stations. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers or families of up to four, the studio has a queen bed and a pull-out sofa in the living area, a brand new fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. The studio is conveniently located on the first floor, just one flight of stairs up from the building entrance. There is a lockbox with a key on site, so you can check in anytime, 24 hours a day. Sorry, no designated parking spot - street parking infront and paid parking lots available near by
