На много комуникативно място до бензиностанцията на входа от страната на гр. Пловдив на околовръстното шосе и на 4 км от летище Пловдив. В сградата има офис на ЕКОНТ. Студиото е комфортно обзаведено, с голяма спалня, разтегателен диван , кухненски бокс, голяма баня с тоалетана, голяма маса за 12 гости, монитор за онлане работа, безплатно WF. Високо е на 3. 20 м и просторно с прекрасен изглед към Родопите.
