É um bairro tranquilo, o prédio é novo e bem localizado, não possui baladas, nem locais de festas próximos. O acesso é fácil e simples, tendo saídas para várias regiões da cidade, possui também garagem monitorada para carros na parte externa. Nas proximidades do condomínio você encontrará tudo o que precisa: mercearia, mercado, restaurantes, barzinhos, farmácia, padaria, parque aquático, entre outros. Tem um ponto de ônibus na avenida ao lado do prédio, onde passa vários ônibus, além de ser de fácil acesso por uber e aplicativos de locomoção.
