A localização do apê não poderia ser melhor: está na Rota dos Imigrantes, a principal rua da cidade! Lá você encontra os principais bancos da cidade, supermercado, padaria, farmácia, cafeterias e muito mais! Os principais pontos turísticos e os restaurantes mais famosos e badalados podem ser acessados à pé! Uma ótima pedida para quem está querendo esquecer o carro na garagem, curtir a tranquilidade de uma das cidades mais seguras de São Paulo e ainda fugir do bafômetro! Apesar de estar bem no centro da cidade, o apartamento possui vidros duplos na janelas, que o tornam absolutamente silencioso, garantindo um descanso livre de ruídos indesejados.
