Situated in the Marina, 7.5 km from Armação Beach and Rua das Pedras (City Center), the property offers accommodation with comfort and the condominium a special structure with numerous leisure options.The charming Condominium Le Corsaire Village of Buzios accommodates this house, intended for seasonal rentals. There are 2 bedrooms (both suites, one with balcony), living room, kitchen, restroom and deck.Air conditioning in all rooms, equipped kitchen, free wi-fi, smartv.The condominium support is fantastic with concierge and security 24hs and with a friendly and helpful staff.Pools, saunas, poliesportivas courts, barbecue (for a fee), gym, restaurant, games room and tv, playground, laundry (tokens in cond.) nature and tranquility.This Buzios offers an unbeatable value for money! In addition to the daily rate, there is a compulsory cleaning fee and, optionally, bed linen and towels (please contact us). Advance payment (sign on booking) by bank transfer or paypal and without devolution.
In love with Búzios, my desire is to provide the guest with all the satisfaction that I personally have when visiting this special corner of Brazil and enjoying everything the house, the condominium and this unique paradise offer. The disposition is to help and make practical and comfortable the stay of the visitor, so that the time in Búzios is the fruit of great memories and memories. Providing a pleasant experience, providing structure and conditions for happy moments that can mark and motivate or the return or indication of the guest is cause for great satisfaction and achievement.
The Marina, located at the beginning of Búzios, is a neighborhood that is expanding and developing and is close to the Rasa Beach neighborhood. It has good infrastructure (markets, bakeries, pharmacies, various services, gas station, etc.). . The location of the condominium offers a lot of peace and quiet. In the vicinity (neighborhoods of Manguinhos and Geribá) there are a huge variety of restaurants and services with delivery, which usually take a maximum of 15 minutes on the way to the condominium. The Rasa Beach, which has a large extension, is very close to the house, only 700 meters away, and its sea is of warmer waters and few waves. Explore and enjoy the beauties and delights of Búzios by land or sea (from the condominium there is access to the sea by the charming channels that surround it).
