The space is modern and ideal for your stay as it has a well-equipped kitchen, Dolce Gusto machine, Airfrier, barbecue, workspace, ultra-fast internet, air conditioning, complete trousseau, SmartTV, digital safe, washing machine. HOUSE RULES: - Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance, a fine of 500 reais will be applied - All tenants must provide a photo of a document prior to check-in for pre-registration - A temporary rental agreement will be signed prior to check-in - Visits are not allowed - Quiet hours are from 22:00pm to 8:00am.
