Beautiful House with Living Room and TV, Large Table for Dining and HomeOffice with Sea View, 2 beautiful Suites with Air Conditioning, Closet, Safe, 1 double bed + 1 single bed each, Bath with hot water. Large living room facing the sea, balcony, table, hammocks, sofa and lounge chair, external shower. Complete and super well equipped kitchen. Excellent Wi-Fi. Laundry with Machine. Casa Pesqueira in Praia do Preá has an excellent location and super structure to provide wonderful days during your stay! Located completely overlooking the Sea, spacious, comfortable, safe and exclusive house! We accommodate 6 to 8 people comfortably. Breakfast and cleaning included Designed in a spacious and functional way, the House has 2 Living Rooms with TV and full views of the Sea, Dining Room with Table for 8 seats, Kitchen Counter for quick meals with Nespresso Coffee Machine, Reading Environment, Table for Home Office, Large and integrated kitchen equipped with all cutting-edge utensils, Laundry room with washing machine, Covered garage. The House has 2 Large Suites; each Suite with 1 Queen Bed, 1 Single Bed and 1 Extra Single Bed, Air Conditioning, Safe, Closet and Spacious Bathroom with hot water. The House is completely facing the Sea, with Hammocks, Breakfast Table with sea view, Puts and Sunbed. Lawn, outdoor shower and organic vegetable garden. Praia do Preá has excellent supplies in general. Great Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Refrigerators, Fishmongers, Fruit Shops; everything you need. And best of all, they all do delivery. Vila do Preá is full of good restaurants for all tastes and flavors. Staying at Casa Pesqueira in Praia do Preá - FRENTE MAR you can go to several nearby restaurants, Kite Clubs and general support. All types of cars arrive at Casa Pesqueira in Praia do Preá, accessed via Rua São José. The House also has access to the beach. Authenticity, Affection and Love are the greatest Luxury that our Homes can offer you! Each of our Houses was carefully built, preserving the history, origin, and values we want to offer!
