Um dos maiores problemas de hospedagens serranas é a umidade excessiva dos quartos e consequentemente o mofo. Este problema não existe aqui, a limpeza e manutenção do quarto é impecável. Colchão bem confortável e roupas de camas e banho novas e limpas. Válido mencionar que os proprietários são atenciosos e bastante solícitos. É possível agendar passeio de cavalo e conhecer algumas áreas próximas. Excelente para crianças conhecerem os animais do sítio.
