Sunrise Property Management was established in 2016 by Simon Backley and Amanda Syme. Simon has lived in Belize since 2000 and has worked in the Belize tourism sector for in Destination Management, Yacht Charter Management, Property Management and tourism support services. Amanda has lived in Belize since 1981 and has over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate sector along with experience at hotels and other tourism related businesses. As of mid 2020 Sunrise Property has six properties under management comprising of 19 individual rental units/villas with a capacity of almost 100 guests.
