NOT AFFECTED BY BC Short Term Rental Rules. Rural Area. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom brand new home located right across the street from the lake. Easy access to local beaches and a short drive to the town centre, makes this place an extremely convenient and enjoyable place to stay during your visit to our wonderful Lake town. PLEASE NOTE: This is a brand-new development and there is still some construction in the surrounding area. At the moment, the house next door is under construction. The house has a lower suite which is also a BNB.
