    “The room was comfortable (the bed & the couch). A couple bus stops nearby. Nice patio. Quiet. JP was great to communicate with. & Check-in was smooth. But the bathroom is shared (fyi)! If you are in Burnaby, I'd highly recommend this room..”

The property is located in a quiet environment. The house has 2 floors. The 2 rooms are downstairs and the bathroom. The Deluxe room has a small fridge and tv. and a sitting area. The Budget Double room has 1 chair and table.The kitchen is large and with all which belongs in good kitchens and there you can have free Te and coffee. The rooms have good space, good light and a closets. There are queen size bed in both rooms. There are 2 free parking plays in the front of the house. The laundry room is downstairs with washer and dryer. The house have a dining area. There are access to the covered balcony as open balcony and the garden area. The house is smoke free and we hope that this will be respected. We live in a quiet house and respect each other by following the house rules. No loud conversations or loud behavior in the house or outside after 10 pm. The house has a big and happy spirit and for sure wish that we all that live in it are happy and enjoying our life.

I want to share with you all of the beautiful, extraordinary and aesthetic experiences that we can experience in our everyday life to feel the magical enjoyments of life. Well as I said Orly-er then the house is in a very quiet environment then it is as well very close to everything. The buss stop in the front of the house and take you to Metro Town in 12 min. every 10 min. where you have a luxury shops, restaurants, Supermarket, cinema, gym and all that your can thing of or need. As it will only be a 2 min. walk to buses that will take you down town Vancouver in 20 min. 1 min. walk from the house is Deer Lake Park where you can enjoy nature. Burnby Lake is 1 hour walk and 10 min. in car, 43 min. with buss every 30 min. You are in the right plays if you like golf. The Burnby Mountain Golf Course & Driving Range, it will take you only 30.min. with buss that go every 30 min. So whether you are here to enjoy nature or sport you are in the right plays. The down town life is there and awaits you and there are plenty of museums,theaters and restaurants. Vancouver is a beautiful city with busy street life and good coffee but still you will find quiet plays to enjoy your staying and even a little romance. For it´s easy to fall in love with Vancouver.
