This four_bedroom new house constructed in 2018 is located in the seaside community of Stratford and is located three kilometers from cultural center of downtown Charlottetown. You could safely cycle into town to take in the sights along the waterfront, be part of the music festivals and visit the great restaurants downtown in the historical part of our city. The home is on a corner lot oriented towards the west and has ample parking for four cars plus parking for two cars in a heated garage. The property is beautifully landscaped with new planting in the front and a small fruit tree orchard in the large back yard. The exterior of the house is clad in a low maintenance finishes throughout and flows beautifully into large interior spaces with nine feet (2.7M) high ceilings. The main floor is an open plan design with a contemporary design kitchen that flows into a dinging and living room. There are three bedrooms on the main floor. The house boasts new energy efficient appliances including washer and dryer located in the basement. In the basement there is a large recreation room ideal for karaoke and family gatherings.
My background is in the hospitality business and am full time owner and operate of a very successful vacation cottages on PEI. Since coming to the island four years ago...I have manage the business for three years. Our facilities are highly acclaimed and promoted by Tourism PEI and motivated to provide the best facilities for our guests. We have excellent reviews and received many accolades for our cottages.
The neighborhood is very safe and is located close to a new shopping mall. It is considered a ‘country estate’ with a ‘marine theme’ where you can smell the salt air breezes off the ocean and hear the distant fog month in the winter months. For those travelling by air ... the house is conveniently located nine kilometers from the International Airport and twenty minutes to Stanhope and Brackley Beaches and the Famous North Shore National Park. The community of Stratford is fifty-five kilometers to the Confederation Bridge and is also fifty-five kilometers to the mainland ferry terminal at Wood Island. We are ‘home’ to the Fathers of Confederation, Ann of Green Gables, Golf Courses and endless miles of red sand beaches!
