The entire house including 5 bedrooms available for all guests, total house sized about 2500 sft, Kitchen, living room, family room and dining room located on 1st floor. there are 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor including One ensuite master room A, king sized bed on 2th floor with bathtub and shower header; Another 2 guest rooms, Room B and Room C, shared the guest bathroom with bathtub and shower header, room B queen-sized bed, room C king sized bed, There are another 2 bedrooms in basement with shared bathroom, standard shower header only, shared living room in basement. there’s no kitchen in basement and guest do not have access to 1st floor kitchen, but a microwave, refrigerator provided in basement, guest can heat packed food. The house pretty close to Pearson international airport, a short drive on highway; also, about 3KM to University of Toronto, Mississauga campus, There are a lot of restaurants, grocery store including Walmart, Costco and some convenient stores etc.,q quite convenient for all kinds of needs either for business or casual trip. The house located in high-end, a safe community with a lot of parks surrounding. Last but not least, the pool in backyard only for available for customers rent the entire house, the individual customers who book the room separately DO NOT HAVE THE ACCESS to swimming pool considering safety issue. Pool access blocked during Monday to Friday or by appointment only for customers who book the entire house only. Pool seasonal open only, open window subjects to change considering the weather and temperature conditions. All room rate listed on BOOKING does not including any pool access or breakfast.
