-NEWLY BUILT HOUSE- This location is super close to Metropolis at Metrotown. Walk-able distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. Near by 5 min walk to a mini grocery store. We have in total 3 rooms. Two of which is double bed with shared washroom. One is King size master bedroom with private in-suite washroom. All rooms equip with closet, flat-screen TV, either sofa or table and chair. Master bedroom has walk-in closet, mini-fridge, private washroom equipped with all necessities including hair-dryer. Guests have their shared living room that provides microwave, toaster, oven, sofa, large table, water kettle, large refrigerator. If you are doing a business trip, we also have a study room. Computer is provided and guests are welcome to do conference online

•We also provide private airport pick up service. Extra charge is required. Please let us know in advance if you need this service. •Recommendations are welcomed but please provide in private chat.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS •Nearby walk-able distance to Central Park. For those of you love nature, I strongly recommend go visit this park/forest. •Also recommend Deer Lake Park if you decide staying for longer time. • Metropolis at Metrotown(the largest shopping center) has many multi-culture restaurants. •OK distance going to Downtown area. Requires Skytrain transit. Approximately 1/2 hr. TRANSPORTATION •Bus station (Bus #28) is outside beside this place. •Skytrain transit goes to Downtown, Richmond/Airport, etc. •Approximately 12 min walk to Skytrain station (Joyce station) OR bus #28 takes 2 min to Skytrain station.
