Located in the very family friendly and easily accessible Allard neighbourhood. - Short walking distance to bus stops, 10 to 15 minutes drive to the Edmonton International Airport, easy and quick access to Calgary Trial, Gateway Boulevard and Anthony Henday via 40th Ave SW. - 7 minutes walk to Heritage Valley Town center shopping complex with lots of shops, Superstore, Shoppers Drugmart, Edmonton Public Library, various fast-food and normal restaurants, etc. - If you have a long-term booking and require postal services, contact the local post office to arrange for that. Arrange to have your deliveries dropped at the door or depot pick up. We will not be able to obtain any parcels sent to the community mailbox for this home.
