This is a 2 unit home, one long term rental and the other as a Bnb (owner occupied). Guests/tenants share parking and outdoor amenities :) Each room has their own private bathroom during their stay for utmost privacy. The bedrooms, bathrooms and balconies are private areas while the common areas are the outdoor amenities, living, dining and kitchen areas. :) The street has unlimited free parking for all guests :)
