Inside, entertain easily with our open-concept living area including a full-size kitchen and quartz countertops. Sleep well in three bedrooms on a king and two queen beds. Modern updated bathrooms including master bedroom new rain shower. Private backyard 3-bedroom residence. There are some stairs. View photos. We have a caretaker separate and private suite from you which helps us maintain the property. We use a completely private entrance not in the backyard. We strive to ensure complete privacy for you and we are not in the private backyard except to clean the pool in the mornings as per your schedule. The windows of this suite do not look into the backyard to ensure your privacy and we are in and out. Outdoor pools tend to need cleaning every few days. Smoking is permitted outside. You will love the area's quiet and nice walking trails and safe neighborhood. Even though summer days are hot in Penticton, some guests desire the main pool to be heated. Swimspa is heated to hot tub temps 102 degrees. Extra heating for large pool is 100.00 charge for your entire stay to 84 degrees. We can provide an extra kid's air bed for the 3rd bedroom if needed. We also have an option, at an additional charge to pre-stock your initial food desires if you do not want to shop while on vacation. We can also provide you with contact to a chef who can prepare meals to deliver to the home. Ask us about wine tours, spectacular ebike tours and restaurant recommendations. Hi I am a web designer. I purchased this property for its backyard. It is a fabulous adult playland with a gorgeous heated saltwater pool and 14 foot saltwater swimspa. I love Penticton and am active in the wine industry and ebiking trails, views and vistas, all of which are exceptional in this area. The nice open newly renovated interior of the house was a major bonus. But I still bought the house for the backyard! Beautiful 36 ft x 16 ft heated pool with a diving board which I turned to salt water when I purchased the property. I hate chlorine pools on your skin and hair. Saltwater makes your skin feel soft and you are much more buoyant. We saw the benefits on your skin from our saltwater swim spa, which conveniently has 6 seats. Sore muscles from biking? The swimspa will take care of those. We love the powerful jets of the swimspa with even jets for your feet. In the evening after a swim in the heated pool you can jump into the hotter swimspa and there is room for everyone. There is a cute cabana close with a fridge/freezer and sink and nice evening blue and white lighting. We keep most of the patio dishes conveniently in the cabana. There is an upper deck too overlooking the property conveniently located off from the kitchen and gas BBQ. TV in the living room and master bedroom where we have an adjustable King bed. What makes this House unique The saltwater systems are so nice on our skin and hair. House is quiet and private with an open layout for easy entertaining. The Master King has an adjustable Sleep Country King bed with a beautiful new full-size master bathroom with a rain shower. Air conditioning inside and we have Prime, Netflicks and TSN. 2 TVs in the living room and master bedroom.
