Property info

Our Fresh and Elegant Ensuite Bedroom plus Den is a well-finished basement unit located on Activa Avenue in Kitchener ON. You have the entire space to yourself during your stay. This large bedroom + Den is furnished with a Queen-sized bed, workstation, 2 Fridges, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle and a microwave, Wi-Fi, 40” Smart TV included. The high grade shower stall is great for a soothing shower.

Activa Avenue is centrally located and easy to get to most places including Conestoga Kitchener downtown, Conestoga Doon, UW. Minutes walk from Sunrise Mall with many major stores like Walmart, Dollarama, The Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Starbucks, restaurants.
