The Building: This space is just under 1000 square feet and is located on the top floor of a four storey complex, centrally located and directly across from the Clearwater River. There is elevator access from both the parkade and the building entrance to the fourth floor where your unit is located. The building and the unit are both wheelchair friendly. Parking: **NOTE** ACCESS TO THE BUILDING EXTERIOR PARKING LOT AS WELL AS THE UNDERGROUND PARKING IS TEMPORARILY RESTRICTED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. There is plenty of free street parking available beside the building. I apologize for any inconvenience. One underground parking stall comes with the reservation. Clearance for the parkade is 6'. No propane or diesel vehicles are permitted in the parkade. There is free parking in front of the building and plenty of free street parking. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances as well as everything you need for cooking your own delicious meals! The spacious living room has warm dimmable lighting, an extremely comfortable couch and large matching chair, a 46" LCD smart tv and bluetooth soundbar with both Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming services included. There is also a retro-pi video game console, books, puzzles and games, as well as toys for younger children. There are many restaurant choices, shopping, banks, pubs, smoke shops, convenience stores, art galleries, sports centres, yoga studios, nail salons, hair salons, a museum, several playgrounds, walking trails, and more within 2-3 blocks of this property. Marine Park Museum and paved walking/cycling trails are directly across the street on the riverfront, and this unit being located on the top floor of the building facing the river, you get to watch the sun set over the water every night in the summer, and if you're lucky, maybe even the Aurora Borealis!
