Our newly refurbished house 3 bedroom + 1 loft house is situated on the ara metua on the west side of the island. It’s your home away from home ..close to restaurants, hotels , a cafe , mini supermarket & bike & car rental company, The house is privately fenced off, pool has safety locks to keep the children safe. The house was built specifically so we can live outdoors hence why we have so much outdoor living space, spacious deck area & outdoor bbq area it’s just the best thing to do when you live on a tropical island, yet still so private. In the islands we open up our doors and let the fresh air in. We also own a little retreat next door that can cater for 2 people mainly couples that you can also rent if available. The house is situated in a residential area so absolutely no parties & quiet hours between 10pm-7am . We know you wil love this space.
we built this our first home as a young married 14 years ago with 3 young babies & no money over the years weve added to the house but never really got to the stage where we actually wanted to be finaly last year 2022 we were able to do renovations to the house with what we envisoned all these years we are happy with the outcome its like a dream come true after all these years. we are now happy to share it with you all we hope you love it just as we do. we love travel, spend time with our kids & try new food we also run other small businesses,
the house is set in a residential area therefore quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am the famous beluga cafe, Pacific Fish & chips takeaway, Aroa Beach side Inn, Tex mart, & the Falafel Shack is only a short walk away , castaway, rarotongan beach resort, OTB restaurant, Island Car & bike hire, Edewater Resort, Crown beach are a short ride away all set in the same village we are in otherwise nothing is too far to get to in rarotonga,
