House originally built in 1920, part of the heritage tour of the city. Remodeled using the original woods and thinking about the comfort for its guests. Located in a residential and hotel neighborhood 3 blocks from the city center and the lake High-speed Wi-Fi, stable hot water circuit with quick arrival thought in the efficient use of the resource and independent air conditioning per room Key entry to property and room ... without key exchange!

The neighborhood is part of the city's heritage circuit. Quiet neighborhood, but steps from the center, lake and main tourist attractions of the city.
