The hotel is beautiful and clean. From the first to the last ladies at the check in counter, by far the kindest hotel staff I've ever met. They introduced me to local restaurants, gave me some good advice and even let me take a shower after the check out when I went back to pick up my bags. Location is perfect

Great place in the old town of Cartagena. In walking distance to the main square and all the night life happening on the streets of old town. However, the street is untypical for old town as it is rather quiet at evening/night time which is great if you are looking for a good night rest :) Very nice place in old colonial style. Comfortable and large room with all the amenities. Nice breakfast.

The hotel is located in a quiet street, yet super central. Both the historic centre and Getsemani or the harbour (for boat trips) are within walking distance so you can explore Cartagena very easily and are not disturbed by loud music. Breakfast is served in a nice courtyard. The water in the shower is warm (according to some other reviews on booking this is not standard in Cartagena)

I arrived on one of the late night flights from Bogota and the staff were available. The property is perfectly located within the old city walls, you can walk 5 minutes to the west facing wall for sunsets. The beds are comfy and the AC kept the room cool at night. I had an upstairs room. I wasn’t in the room too much but it did have a desk, tv and cabinets and a safe. There are restaurants, bars, and little bodegas for water and snacks really close by. I loved my stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The bed was the comfiest and biggest bed I have ever slept in. Both Aircon and fan helped keeping a nice temperature in the room, there was a also a little wardrobe and plenty of space for bags etc. The courtyard is super nice and that's where breakfast is served every morning. Katia at reception was extremely nice and accommodating, even when my booking didn't go through correctly she helped me organising a solution. I'd definitely stay again!
