Apartment is located in the middle of Rodadero beach. View from the balconies are mejestic, specially at sunset. Apartment has 3 bed room, 2 bath with two balcony, Modern kitchen with an Ocean view, dinning room, living room which leads onto the balcony. Master bedroom has a master bath with a small walk in closet. I believe design of this apartment is really great. You can actually see the Ocean from every room in the apartment. Parking is available, but it is not in the building. Our parking is located outside of our building, just 250M away. You can find us on Youtube for video. We require 30% deposit within 7 days of booking. Payment information will be sent to you after your book your reservation.
We reside in North Carolina, USA, but we love to spend our winters in Rodadero, Colombia. We've been the owner of this apartment for the last 10yrs and we love Rodadero. We hope you enjoy your stay and love Santa Marta as much as we do.
Edificio Karey is walking distance to everything you need during your stay. Restaurants and tour organizers are just steps away from Karey. Your trip to the aquarium, Playa Blanca and other organized tours departs from Rodadero which makes life easier. If you like to head out to Santa Marta, it is a short Taxi ride with modest charges.
