Company information

We are a family business that has been dedicated to holiday tourism for 12 years. We started with an apartment and since then we have incorporated several properties of our own and third parties to our offer. The pillar of our work is in the customer service and always try to exceed their expectations. Our office is in the city of Cali (Colombia) but we have our team in the city of San Andres. All our apartments comply with the safety regulations for vacation rentals and we have the RNT (National Tourism Registry) certification that endorses all our activities.

Property information

Modern and exclusive flat, located in the best area of San Andrés, fully equipped and with the perfect location to access the main attractions of the island. It has air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, reception and 24 hour security, swimming pool, social area and car parks. It is fully equipped with bedding and towels. At this time the building is undergoing some renovations, please note that although this does not affect the interior of the apartment you may find some works on the outside, the pool is sometimes closed for the same reason therefore we can not guarantee that during your stay it will be working regularly, finally the stove has in operation 3 places instead of 4 because in recent days some guests broke it and we have not been able to find an equal that fits the measure.

Neighbourhood information

The Apartament is located in the downtown area of San Andrés Isla, where the main restaurants and cafes such as "Cafe Cafe", "El Corral", "Niko's Sea Food", "Peru Wok", among others converge at a block distance. You can also find the main duty free stores like "La Riviera" and important discos like "Coco Loco" and "Extasis". In addition, you can find the beginning of the main pedestrian street of San Andres and also the largest beaches.
