Come and immerse yourself in an Andean cloud forest: explore exotic trails, bathe in crystalline streams, discover ancient plants, visit traditional coffee plantations and enjoy a revitalizing bath in a natural water pool. The Zarandá Natural Reserve, with its 10 hectares of forest, offers you the possibility to reconnect with nature. You will stay in a 120 year old traditional coffee house and you will have the opportunity to learn about the processes we are following to produce coffee in harmony with nature. We offer you a place to disconnect from everything, for this reason we do not have Wifi service. But if you wish, you can access the internet with a prepaid simcard.
We are nature lovers and encourage processes of conservation of natural resources with the least possible intervention.
The Zarandá Natural Reserve is located at 1700 meters above sea level, has an average temperature of 20° and high rainfall. It also has the privilege of being part of the buffer zone of the Los Nevados National Natural Park, one more reason to be committed to the conservation of the Andean cloud forest and protection of the upper Otún River basin. The constant variation of rainfall, humidity and temperature makes the Zarandá Natural Reserve a place of great biodiversity.
