"Casa Delicias Del Sol" is an authentic and traditional style house in the hip and eclectic Montezuma/Las Delicias neighborhood. This home offers a lovingly curated space with modern amenities, a minimalist Mesoamerican flare, and custom tables from reclaimed wood. Enjoy birdsong and monkey visits in a clean open yard, outdoor patio/dinning space, and enjoyable walks to yoga, restaurants, the waterfall and zip lines. Here, you are only 1 mi./1.6 km up the hill from town!
The property manager lives 2 doors down, is super friendly and available
Hip beach town neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, eateries, zip lines, waterfall hike, yoga, and more. The house is just over a mile up a steep hill from the beach. Once you are at the home however, the terrain is gentle and you can walk to nearby eateries, yoga, zip lines, brewery and a hike to the waterfall! Taxis are available.
