Fully furnished condominium in an exclusive gated community 300 meters from the beach and 700 meters from the lively main street of Playa del Coco, with shops, banks, restaurants, nightlife, casino, pharmacies. sightseeing adventures, diving, fishing, organic markets, live music, etc. Just 25 minutes from Liberia International Airport and private clinics. External and internal parking with private security 24/7. The pool, one of the largest in El Coco, has a bridge, island, fountain, wet bar, ranch for social activities, hot tub and splash area for small children. There is a laundry room for all condos, outdoor shower. Equipped with all your basic cooking needs and additional bedding for your comfort, just to feel like home. Outside the Condominiums you can find convenience store, pizzeria, clothing store for your comfort. The condo is equipped with 32 inch LCD Cable TV( bedroom and living room), air conditioner in all condo, hot tub, WIFI. Kitchen is full equipped for 4 people.
Our main office is located in San Jose and of course our trained staff in Playas del Coco and Playa Jaco is ready to help you out with anything you may need!!!!
The condo is located just 700 meters from Downtown Playas del Coco. It is located 300 meters from the beach and 3 km from Playa Ocotal, one of the most beautiful beaches for diving and snorkeling. From Playas del Coco you can go to visit many different beaches around like Playa Hermosa , Playa Panama, Playa Danta y Dantita,Playa Conchal, Monkey Farm, National parks, etc. Very quiet and safe parking, both outside and inside the condo. Security 24 hrs.
