Flor de Malinche is a quiet, spacious, three-bedroom villa situated in Hacienda Pinilla, Guanacaste. This 4,500-acre gated community is known for its three miles of coastline and access to three different beaches, one of them being Playa Avellanas, a renowned surf spot. The villa is built in the Spanish Hacienda style, offering an open floor plan, central AC throughout, fans in every space, high ceilings, TVs, high-speed internet, and a workspace for those who need one. It is 2.5 miles to Avellanas Beach, and only three miles to Langosta or Mansita Beach, all in the Hacienda Pinilla property. Flor de Malinche has a unique location near a protected area with many birds and wildlife. One of the three en suite bedrooms is on the ground floor and is great for families with young children or someone who wants to avoid steps. The main bedroom, third bedroom, and TV room are upstairs. Balconies and a ground-floor terrace let you enjoy the green view and the outdoors. In addition to the modern kitchen, a large BBQ grill helps you make the most of your time here. A few steps away, you have access to a zero-edge lap pool under the shade of a wonderful Guanacaste tree.
