Villa Lola is a 3 bedroom air conditioned villa comfortably accommodating 6 people. The nicely equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and a bathroom are on the main floor, while the master bedroom with en-suite, 2 other bedrooms and a bathroom are on the top floor. The swimming pool is at the side of the villa and an outdoor shower at the back. An eating area outside the kitchen is perfect for breakfasts or bbqs for the evenings you dine at home. The villa is in a quiet residential neighborhood only a 4 minute walk from the beautiful Ayia Thekla beach where you can swim, sunbathe or enjoy a snack, a full meal and a drink at the beach restaurant and bar. The villa is also a two minute walk away from a small supermarket.
Hello I am Nicos. I moved back in the area, after being many years away and i discovered that i am still in love with this area. I live near the villa and as i am also basically retired i can devote a lot of time to help and guide you to an enjoyable holiday. I will be at the villa to welcome you and answer any questions you may have, if it is your first time in Cyprus ihelp you arrange or find items to enjoy during your holiday. I can be contacted practically anytime of the day to make sure your stay at the villa is comfortable and you have a memorable holiday. In case your arrival time is past midnight the keys will be available at a secure place at the villa and i will welcome you the following morning after you had plenty of time to rest and have your breakfast. A welcome pack will also be at the villa for a toast on your arrival or for a quick bite at breakfast if you arrived very late.
Agia Thekla (or Ayia Thekla) is a seaside residential community west of the famous tourist destination of Ayia Napa. Ayia Napa with all the restaurants, bars, sandy beaches, shopping and all the tourist amenities is only a ten minute drive away and is also accessible by bus. The water world water park is a twenty minute walk away but it is also accessible by bus at frequent time intervals. Protaras with additional sandy beaches and all sorts of attractions is only a twenty minute drive away. Several other villages, all easily accessible even by bus, are near the area. Here you can experience the local flavor and traditions and have a taste of the local cuisine and one of the many tavernas. You may even have the chance to experience one of the many traditional country fairs that take place at several times during the year. The capital city of Nicosia is a one hour drive away ,providing you the opportunity to visit one of the many museums and shop at the many boutiques.
