Zahradní apartmán se nachází jen pár kroků od jezera a přístavu v nově zrekonstruovaném domě Máj v parku ve Starých Splavech u Doks. Na celkové rozloze 56m2 (1kk) se nachází prostor na spaní s jednou manželskou postelí kontinentálního typu oddělený od obývacího prostoru s gaučem. Na něm se vyspí ideálně dvě děti nebo jeden další dospělý. Obývací prostor navazuje na kuchyňský kout, který je plně vybaven nádobím, čistícími prostředky a běžnými spotřebiči včetně myčky, elektrického grilu, mikrovlnky nebo kávovaru Nespresso. Součástí apartmánu je předzahrádka s výhledem na lesní stromy a pro tuto oblast typický kamenec. V budově je k apartmánu zdarma možnost uschování kol ve společné kolárně a parkování je zajištěno v podzemní garáži vedle v rezidenci LakePark. Těšíme se na Vaši návštěvu!

Kromě dalších vodních atrakcí jako je paddleboarding, šlapadla, lodičky, surfy a jiné, můžete využít i místní tenisové kurty nebo cyklistické a turistické stezky. Nedaleko je hrad Houska a Bezděz, ze kterého je krásný výhled do okolí.
