Beautiful bright ALTBAU - 1 ZKB apartment (35sqm), which leaves nothing to be desired. Neisse river, border, university, city park, shopping, old town within walking distance. For breakfast, lunch and dinner there is a cozy functional kitchen with PREMIUM microwave / induction plate. Large king size bed (2 persons) with new mattress for lounging. VODAFONE Cables 100 MBit make streaming, TV, work to the joy. Wellness bath with bathtub! 100% relaxing atmosphere in the large KINGSIZE. And yes, it is old building with 3,50m ceiling height. That's where old-style feeling comes on. Just relax, watch TV or stream online movies with 100 MBIT internet access. For permanent tenants, the large wardrobe is also perfectly suitable. If you feel like running across the border (50m) and buy cheap or sipping a cocktail at the Afirmacije in Poland (200m) - no problem. You will definitely appreciate the walk on the Neisse (100m), in the city park in Görlitz (100m) or Poland (200m). By the way, the city center with pedestrian zone can be reached in 5 minutes, as well as the historic old town. Weclome in Görliwood! The apartment belongs to you all alone!

Both on foot and when using the group's own bus (or bus service provided by Görlitz-Tourist), the European city of Görlitz / Zgorzelec can be explored on both sides of the Neisse. The band of the Neisse connects both parts of the city (the German and the Polish) with each other. In the eastern (Polish) part of the city, the newly designed paths along the shore offer interesting views of the German side, mainly in the area of ​​the Old Town Bridge, dominated by the two towers of St. Peter's. Here you can find almost all restaurants with evening sun. The redevelopment of the former Postplatz on the eastern bridgehead, the Rabenberg with its villas from the 19th and 20th centuries, the Bonifatiuskirche, the Stellmacherhaus or the park around the Hall of Fame (today Dom Kultury) characterize the exploration in Zgorzelec, Poland. Worthwhile and commendable is also a tour on both sides of the Neisse to Radomierzyce (Radmeritz) and thus the use of the bridge Neisse at Hagenwerder. Here is a stop on Berzdorfer See.
