Location and the playgrounds near the house. There is small walking path to birdwatching tower and disgolf and golf paths next to houses. The apartment is very well equipped, has even some basic cooking ingredients and flavors. Beds are comfortable and the balcony is facing greenery and sitting in the night there was pure pleasure. The area is super quiet. Bathroom has all needed, incl washing powder and rank for drying clothes. We really liked it and would come again.
