Ideal accommodation recently renovated with: fully equipped integrated kitchen that includes a large refrigerator, living room with TV, a comfortable double bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom. Free Parking in the street, close to the apartment. It offers 5G internet, as well as air conditioning and heat pump heating. The apartment is delivered with bed linen and towels. Very well connected, for example: -> Cuatro Torres Business Area 10 minutes walk -> Ramon y Cajal Hospital and train station, 5 minutes walk -> Hospital La Paz, 6 minutes walk -> Next to a supermarket, 25m -> Chamartín station just 1 station (from Begoña) -> You can reach the Center (Plaza de España) just 20 minutes by Metro Perfect apartment also for middle term stays. It is a ground floor with direct access to the street.
