Distributed as follows: 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom and second one have access to the terrace, 3 bathrooms, one of them is ensuite Bathroom in master bedroom, living/dining room, completelly equipped kitchen with separate utility room, With terrace and south, east and west facing, with a very large terrace of 17 m2 with direct views to the sea. It has aluminum and climalite exterior carpentry, and armored main door. Quality finishes, marble floors, built in wardrobes, A/C hot and cold, private underground parking and closed storage included in price. Private gated complex with commmunity swimming pool, paddle sport court and gardens. Short Access to the beach. South west orientated. Very luminous.
