'Agnus Dei ("apartment with sea view") and 'Membrillo ("apartment with mountain view") are spacious apartments (86 square meters) enjoying sea- and mountain views (Sierra Bermeja). Located on the 2nd floor (the top floor - no elevator), both have a modern design with all comfort for a relaxing holiday: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with large windows opening to both terraces and fully equipped kitchen, including a cooking plate, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine…. Enjoy the sun, a nice glass or outside breakfast/lunch/dinner on the large and sunny terraces. The large pool with sunbeds (April - October) is situated in a full grown tropical garden. The large south faced terrace from 'Agnus Dei' has spectacular frontal sea view and enjoys sun from sunrise to late afternoon in all seasons. The smaller north faced terrace combines a garden/pool/mountain view with evening sun. The large east faced terrace from 'Membrillo' combines a dominant mountain view and a sea view, with sun from morning till early afternoon. On the smaller west faced terrace you can enjoy the pool/garden view or take a sunbath from early afternoon until sunset.
Estepona Golf is located about 3 km from the sea, of few km southwest from Estepona. Our Urbanisation "Los Pintores" includes 3 buildings (named after the Spanish painters Velasquez, Murillo and Zurbarán) and situated to enjoy both sea and mountain views. Both apartments are located on the 2nd floor of the Zurbarán building (= top floor). There is no elevator in the building.
