JS Properties is a private company based in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca and have been providing our expertise and opinions for 10 years giving the best service to clients on there Holiday Rentals. We have grown respectfully over the years and due to this a lot of our clients return to us for further help and advice. We cover a whole range of properties from apartments to high end villas based in Mallorca and always give our all to clients making sure they have all the information they need to make the right decision when renting a property through us.

Villa Manresa is located close to the Alcudia suburb of Malpas and is within easy walking distance of two beautiful cove beaches - Cala Sant Joan and Cala Sant Pere. There is a mini market and a few restaurants and bars in Malpas itself whilst the nightlife and wide array of attractions of Alcudia are just a short drive away. Your private swimming pool is to the side of the house with a brick built BBQ. There is a shaded terrace for lazy lunches. Inside, the house is comfortable, light and spacious and offers four air-conditioned bedrooms, a lounge with access to the front terrace, and a fitted kitchen.

Villa located in one of the most prestigious residential areas in the northern area of Mallorca, Manresa in Alcudia. The majestic Serra de Tramuntana is the protagonist of the landscape along with the sea views of the area. The Golf of Aucanada is located in the immediate vicinity, 1.5 km. It is the ideal location for a family holiday location and / or for sports lovers, since it allows hiking, golf, sailing and has wonderful beaches.
